One of the real keys to a successful business is making the best of your customer, and business to business, relationships. And to make sure you're getting everything right, you need to be sure that your communications set up is as professional as you can afford.
This isn't always as easy as you might hope. You may have a mobile, but you can't always answer it - hardly ideal if a client needs an answer and all they get is your answering machine. Vodafone has just released a new service it's calling Vodafone One Net Express. Its aim is to make your business's communications more professional by offering a range of services such as those mentioned above. There are also options such as being able to get yourself landline numbers in towns you don't have an office, to give your business a more local feel in areas you can reach but don't necessarily have a permanent presence.
