You may have noticed that Desk Space Genie is no more, and Office Genie is alive!
The purpose of the rebrand and redesign is to broaden our search engine so that users can find desk space across more office types - including serviced offices, sublet offices, and even conventional leased offices - as well as our traditional shared office market. For the first time, small businesses and freelancers will be able to compare desk space across different office types.
We've made sure that the new site retains what made Desk Space Genie successful in the first place, which is the UK's only online marketplace for spare desk rental. Desk advertisers can still list their spare desks for free, and "deskers" can still search for shared offices only if that's what they're after.
But where Desk Space Genie was limited to matching deskers with spare desk space, the new site should be able to promote the benefits of desk rental to a far greater audience. There's loads of startups and freelancers out there who have still never heard of the concept of desk rental - until now!
