Just to let you know that our sister site Broadband Genie has just launched its smartphone comparison channel. The site lets you compare more than 10,000 deals from all the main online phone retailers, and gives users a chance to get independent, plain-English advice and to save money into the bargain. Smartphones, in case you were wondering (or have been living in a cave) are the new breed of phones (including, of course, the ubiquitous iPhone) which essentially do the job of a laptop or netbook computer - word-processing, maps, Facebook, games and of course web and email (I think they can make phone calls too!).
