Why rent Fitzrovia offices?
Fitzrovia covers a large area of west central London and contains an eclectic mix of residential, retail, business and leisure facilities. With the green space of Regent’s Park to the north and dazzling neon of Soho to the south there’s plenty to occupy you outside of work hours too (to name only two of the huge array of appealing locations close by).
In terms of its business population, you’ll find things to be equally diverse. Organisations ranging from retail giants (i.e. Arcadia) to television studios such as MTV boast a presence in the area. In Fitzrovia you’ll also find Great Portland Street, Warren Street and Euston Square tube stops; giving further access to the Northern line in addition to the Victoria, Hammersmith and City, Circle and Metropolitan tube lines. The latter is also where you’ll find one of the capital’s major rail hubs, particularly handy if you’re heading northwest for business.
