Office space in N21

N21 has its own unique character that attract many businesses. It’s an affluent area, so rental prices aren’t the cheapest, but its beautiful surroundings coupled with transport links and a high level of services mean the Enfield area draws many to the area.

Why choose offices in N21?

Despite having a London postcode, the N21 district is well north of London’s North Circular Road (A405). It is a green postcode area, but at the same time is very affluent and commercially successful. N21’s Winchmore Hill, for example is a sleepy, leafy area in appearance but it is full of independent businesses, boutiques, etc. It has the highest population of the area and attracts a large number of managerial and professional workers, as well as celebrities and wealthy businessmen! Winchmore Hill was described in the Evening Standard as “the suburb that thinks it’s a village”.

The borough of Enfield, as a whole, is a very progressive place boasting some great achievements. The first colour televisions were manufactured in Enfield, as was the first mass-produced dishwasher. Seemingly in contrast, N21 is made up of a number of smaller, village-like locations, all with a distinct identity. Similarly, N21’s Grange Park is a very affluent, sought-after area. Commerce there is centred round its train station, where the Grangeway shopping centre is situated. Yet Grange Park still manages to retain its village-like feel.

Travelling from N21 to the City, West End and the M25 is easy, due to excellent transport links. Trains run from Hertford through Winchmore Hill station into London on a line that connects to the tube system at Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate, where it terminates. The nearest Underground station is at Southgate, which is on the Piccadilly line. The main roads running through the borough include the North Circular Road, M25, Green Lanes, the A10 and the old Hertford Road (A1010).
