Office space in N7

Why choose offices in N7?

N7 covers the Holloway district, largely occupied by Holloway itself and home to Caledonian Road (A5203), one of the key roads in north London. Currently undergoing development, the road runs from Kings Cross to Holloway. Significantly the A1 (Holloway Road), the largest numbered road in the UK, also runs through N7. It connects London and the UK with Edinburgh in Scotland, therefore bringing large numbers of people through the N7 area.

As it is part of both the boroughs of Islington and of Camden, there are always amenities and attractions nearby. For example, Camden Road runs through Holloway to Camden Town, just outside the N7 area and a strong centre of retail, tourism and entertainment. N7 also includes part of Tufnell Park, which straddles the borders of both boroughs. The Park features many local shops, parks, etc. and is just a stroll away from Hampsted Heath, a large, ancient London park. Meanwhile Barnsbury, also part of N7, is close to the City and has strong local trade. One of its key features is Barnsbury Wood, a Local Nature Reserve.

Getting around the N7 area is easy, with a number of Underground and mainline stations within its boundaries. The main Underground stations are Holloway Road and Caledonian Road on the Piccadilly Line. Mainline stations include Holloway Road, Drayton Park, Caledonian Road & Barnsbury and Highbury & Islington, the principal interchange between underground and Overground services.
