Office space Noho, London

Noho (North-Soho) encompasses the area of London otherwise known as Fitzrovia. This somewhat controversial new name arguably reflects the Soho-isation of the area (between Oxford Street and Euston Road), with increasing amounts of digital and media businesses choosing to rent office space in the locality. Whatever you choose to call it, it’s one of the city’s real hotspots for office rental and could be a great option for your business.

Why rent office space in Noho?

Whether you choose to call it Noho, or Fitzrovia, there’s no doubt it’s a great option for businesses. It is a thriving and dynamic district of London, with abundant bars, restaurants, pubs and shops (along with a healthy business population – so there may well be some useful services nearby), there’s a whole lot on offer.

Indeed it is no surprise that business giants such as Arcadia and Saatchi & Saatchi are based here. The area is also home to a top university in the University of Westminster and, in the shape of the BT Tower, one of London’s most iconic landmarks.

As you might expect, the area boast some excellent transport links. Goodge Street tube station gives you access to the Northern line. While along the district’s northern border you’ll find access to the Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan lines. Oxford Circus (in the far south west of the district) is where you’ll find the Victoria, Central and Piccadilly lines. Noho is also handy for mainline stations in the Kings Cross area of London.

Offices available in Noho

Noho should offer abundant office space options: Top of the list come serviced offices, which offer all-inclusive space usually on a flexible basis.

We’re famous for listing shared offices, which should also be available. These, where you rent desks in another company’s office or a dedicated centre, offer a lower level of facilities than serviced spaces but they are often comparatively cheap.

We should also have some traditional, unfurnished offices available for rent. These are great if you want a longer-term home or are a bigger company who need a base.

If you can’t find an ideal space then don’t worry, we’ve still got you covered. You could simply keep checking back (we update our listings all the time), refine your search in order to get some potentially different options, or even talk to an expert by calling the number you should find on this page.
