In recent years Kennington has experienced a modernisation process, driven by the advantages of its location and good transport links. The West End and the City are all easily accessible.

Only a section of Vauxhall is included in the SE11 postcode, but many businesses have been attracted by its central location and comparatively cheap rent – much like the rest of the area.
