Why choose offices in SE24?

The SE24 postcode area is a very convenient place to live and work. Largely consumed by Herne Hill, it is home to a range of independent shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants and, where old industries once operated, there are now a number of small and medium-sized businesses and a variety of light industrial firms.

Although there is no Underground station it doesn’t really need one – you can still be in Central London in a few minutes by train. Direct services are available from Herne Hill mainline station to a number of Central London locations. The nearest London Underground station is Brixton, which is only a short distance.

What’s more SE24 as a whole is ideally located between Brixton, with its substantial retail sector and live music scene, and the leafier Dulwich Village, which includes the traditional village centre, original shopping street and 18th and 19th century buildings.   

SE24 also features a number of green and open spaces, including Herne Hill’s award-winning Milkwood Community Park and Brockwell Park, where lots of events are held during the summer.
