Office space Stirling

With a strategic business location in central Scotland close to the country’s two largest financial centres, the city of Sterling is a popular home for businesses. At Office Genie we hope to be able to find the rental space that’s perfect for your firm here, wit a good range of offices available to rent in the region.

Why choose offices in Stirling?

Known as ‘the gateway to the Highlands’, Stirling was once the capital of Scotland and is just a few miles west of the mouth of the Forth River. It is the local Stirlingshire centre for government, higher education, retail and industry, while also employing many in the financial services and tourism.

It is a beautiful and ancient city, home to Stirling Castle and a lovely Old Town area full of historic buildings. It was also the site of Scotland’s successful Wars of Independence, celebrated with the famous National Wallace monument – which in turn gives views out into the impressive Scottish countryside including Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

Edinburgh is 40 miles east along the M9, while Glasgow is 30 miles west (both less than an hour by road or rail), with both airports a similar distance and offering regular flights across the UK and into mainland Europe.

Office space options in Stirling

There are plenty of office space options for rent in Stirling city centre, as well as business centres in nearby Menstrie and Alloa (that may offer slightly cheaper options). You’ll be able to choose between historic listed buildings and modern business parks, with serviced offices on flexible leases giving great options for everyone from medium-sized businesses down to startups and freelancers (including desking opportunities).

While we do our best to list the best offices in the city we realise there isn’t always something for everyone; which is why we’re constantly updating our lists with the latest properties in the market. And if sifting through business centres online isn’t your thing, why not give one of our experts a call? We’ll be happy to help.
