Office space in W8

W8 is the postcode area of London mostly containing Kensington and a little segment of Holland Park; one of the capital’s most popular places in which to rent an office. This is reflected in the sheer abundance and variety of rentals available, many of which you should be able to find here. Your perfect W8 office should only be a few clicks away!

Why rent office space in W8?

What’s not to like about W8? It boasts a little bit of everything and is, of course, one of London’s most iconic areas. From the green spaces of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park (OK, not strictly in W8 but it is very close) to the hustle and bustle of Kensington High Street, there’s an awful lot to see. There are also famous galleries, colleges, embassies and a myriad of different cultures all on display in this charming part of the nation’s capital. It’s no surprise it has become a hugely desirable place in which to rent an office: Famous business residents include a number of newspapers (including the Mail and Independent) while the local authority (The Borough of Kensington and Chelsea) offers startup and SME support in abundance.

Businesses in W8 also get to take advantage of some excellent transport links: While the area is a hub for business in its own right, you also have access to some of the capital’s other hotspots. High Street Kensington is where you’ll find your tube station which gives you access to the District, Hammersmith and City and Circle lines.

W8: The office options

As we’ve already mentioned, and as indeed you would expect of central London, you should find great variety available for rent in our W8 inventories. This means the following could well all be an option: Serviced offices (high-spec, all-inclusive and ideal for businesses looking for a low-hassle office option); Shared offices (cheap compared tonthe serviced equivalent and also just as flexible); Property to rent on a conventional lease arrangement (the most popular option and perhaps best suited to more established businesses). We’re confident one of these examples should be a good solution.

If it’s not then do remember we try to keep listings really up to date, so we’d hope to have some new properties on the website soon. Alternatively, you’ve got a number of popular nearby districts you could look at instead: Why not try Notting Hill or Bayswater for example? Earls Court, a location of ever-increasing popularity, could also be a handy option for you.
