Surrey’s Haslemere and the surrounding area offer a number of options for office rental. It is a vibrant town that is full of character and attracts many as a place to live, work and visit. If you’re looking to rent office space in the area you’re in the right place. Take a look through the information we’ve gathered on spaces for rent in Haslemere on this very page.

Why choose offices in Haslemere?

Haslemere is a quaint and charming market town that is steeped in history and maintains much of its historic character. Meanwhile, it is now a successful home to many types of business.

The town, in the Borough of Waverley, Surrey, has a commercial district with service and retail amenities. Its High Street is wide because of its use as a cattle market before the 1920s and characterises the heart of Haslemere. But the High Street as well as West Street and Charter Walk, now present a mix of largely independent shops, restaurants, cafes, banks and estate agents, alongside some big names and chains.

To the west of the High Street is an area known as Wey Hill where there are further services and businesses provided. Partly because of the extent of services provided in the area, Haslemere was voted one of the top ten places to live in the south east.

It has become a fashionable place to live and work and continues to present a sense of individuality through its interesting, independent and specialist shops and services. Its proximity to business hotspots like London and Portsmouth brings people in to visit the area and its many assets.

Haslemere is also now a commuter town for London and, to a lesser extent, Portsmouth, served by Haslemere railway station. The station is just a short walk away from the High Street and there are regular direct train services from London Waterloo.

Driving to and from the area is easy, with excellent access via the A3 linking with the M25 and road links to the south coast, London and beyond. Both Gatwick and Heathrow airports and Portsmouth ferry port are approximately one hour’s drive away.
