Office space Pinner
Welcome to Pinner, an affluent area for rental based in Greater London’s sought-after north-west. Boasting wide tree lined streets, large residential dwellings and some of the lowest crime rates in London, Pinner is both a safe and personable community to rent office space – and a short commute to central London.
Why rent Pinner offices?
Situated on London Underground’s busy Metropolitan Line, Pinner represents an excellent compromise between fast-paced city life and quieter suburban areas epitomised by art deco architecture. At around 12 miles from Charing Cross, you’ll never be more than an hour’s journey away from most of central London locations.
Pinner Station itself is serviced by regular bus routes, including destinations such as Golder’s Green, Harrow, and Ruislip – plus connections to Hatch End rail station for access to stops on the Bakerloo line. Trains also run from Hatch End to London Euston with a journey time of less than 40 minutes.
For further travel connections, you’ll find Northwood Hills underground station a short 15 minute walk away; offering frequent services to Watford, Amersham and Chesham, with additional southbound services running every 15 minutes to Baker Street and Aldgate. You can also change at Harrow for stops on the District line such as Kensington and Olympia.
In terms of support for your business you’ll be able to take up membership at Pinner and Northwood Business Club, which hosts monthly lunches for businesses in the area to network and discuss community issues. Pinner also has a free business index which you can use to cheaply boost your profile in the locality.
