Office space Queen’s Park

Queen’s Park is an area of North West London (Brent Borough) named after the green space at its very centre; opened in honour of Queen Victoria. The district is a handy option for office rental in London and you should find a number of good options on this very page – we’re confident you will find your business’ new home in Queen’s Park with Office Genie.

Why rent Queen’s Park offices?

Queen’s Park is affluent and appealing and is an area of North West London that’s drawing in businesses and residents in abundance. With its organic markets and independent boutiques along Salusbury Road, there’s an awful lot going for the area. At the centre of it all, the park itself is one of London’s best, with its Victorian heritage still very much in evidence. Particularly of note for businesses looking to locate in the area is the burgeoning creative scene around Queens Park, particularly evident in the ‘Queens Park Design District’ (part of the growing London Design Festival).

Queens Park also boasts excellent transport links, so getting into the centre of London shouldn’t be an issue if you base yourself in the area. Access to the Bakerloo line is available at Kilburn Park and Kensal Green, both of which are nearby. Queen’s Park station is on the London Overground, which gives you handy access to London Euston (from which you can access the Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith and City, Victoria and Northern Lines).

Office space options in the Queen’s Park area

In and around Queen’s Park you should be able to find some executive, all-inclusive serviced offices. However, if you’re after a cheap all-inclusive option you might want to look for a shared office – these could also be available for rent around the area. Finally, in addition to these options, you may be able to find a tradition lease or two – these can be less flexible but renting your own space is still a hugely popular option.

If you can’t find the office you’re after then please do come back again, as we try to update our listings very regularly. Alternatively, London is filled with all sorts of great options for office rental, so you won’t have to go far to find an alternative location with some more top-notch properties. Paddington is very popular, while Shepherd’s Bush or even White City might also boast some interesting options.
