SE10: Greenwich, is one of London’s most iconic areas and a top option for office rental. Why rent offices in SE10?

Home to the Greenwich Meridian, SE10 puts a case forward for being the very centre of the world. It’s also an increasingly popular centre of business, as East London is subject to increasing levels of development. South Greenwich (the area around the observatory and park) has always been impressive and appealing, but it’s the developments to the north that really knock your socks off. Around the O2 Arena you’ll find bars, pubs, shops and property in increasing abundance. SE10 spans this whole area, from the regeneration in the north to the historic south – wherever you go you’ll find a vibrant and exciting place to base yourself.

The area also boasts excellent links to districts in the centre of the capital. The Jubliee line runs from North Greenwich, while Greenwich station offers access to both the DLR (for businesses needing access to Canary Wharf) and suburban rail services to the centre of the capital (heading to Cannon Street Station) or east to Greater London and stations beyond in Kent.

Office options in SE10
