Browse our listings on this page, or even read a little bit more about your options; the choice is yours!
Why rent office space in South East London?
Whether you want to rent space in a bustling financial centre, or in a sedate suburban town, South East London has an option for you. Most centrally, the Canary Wharf area is where you’ll find an abundance of serviced spaces in the towering blocks of the Isle of Dogs. Here you’ll be amongst fine company, with giants such as HSBC and Citigroup boasting a presence.
Just across the river in Greenwich, you should also find a number of great options. You’ll also be (quite literally) at the centre of the word with an office rental here. In contrast to the modernity just across the river, Greenwich is steeped in history (look no further than its iconic observatory and maritime museum), and is where you’ll find the Greenwich Meridian itself.
There are office options dotted throughout the area, but further hubs include Bromley and Dartford, right on the fringes of Greater London. The former boasts excellent connections to London and a thriving cultural and business scene all of its own. Dartford, is also increasingly popular while it also benefits from easy access to the M25 and road links south to the South Coast.
Indeed, the whole area boasts excellent transport links: It is bordered by the M25, which should make road travel particularly handy. There are convenient rail links into central London from even the most distant fringes. As you move close to the heart of the capital, you should also have access to Underground (and Overground) services: The Northern and Jubilee both cover areas of South East London.
Office options in South East London
Covering such a significant swathe of the Greater London area, it will come as no surprise there should be plenty of options available for rent in the area: Everything from cheap traditional rentals to fully-inclusive, high-spec and flexible serviced offices. A further alternative would be to lease a shared office, if you wanted an option that is both (comparatively) low cost and still inclusive of broadband and utilities.
