Why choose offices in E3?

Part of the London 2012 Olympic Village is situated within the area; an association that has heightened its profile and led to development. For example Bow, the most substantial area of E3, is now attracting more middle-class professional residents.

It is located between the modern Olympic park and the more retro Shoreditch, giving it the best of both worlds. It’s a chilled, inexpensive area while also being home to one of the largest retail industries in Europe. These advantages are all central to E3’s role in the rise of East London as the capital’s ‘cool’ hub.

E3’s great transport links are a key advantage. From Bow, access to the Hammersmith and District Lines can land you in Bank in under 15 minutes. Meanwhile E3’s Mile End, just one mile (hence the name) from the City of London, has become a commuter hotspot. The east London district is home to a diverse range of small businesses and is progressively affluent.

Within E3 there are Underground stations at Mile End, Bow Road and Bromley-by-Bow. There are also Docklands Light Railway services operating from Bow Church, travelling to Stratford, Lewisham, the City and London City Airport. The area is also well served by bus and road; Bow is situated at the junction of the A12 East Cross Route and the A11 Mile End Road, which connect London and Norfolk.
