Office space N17
Covering much of Tottenham and parts of Wood Green, N17 offers a broad range of prospects for any business. At Office Genie we can help you track down the perfect new workplace to rent. But if you’re considering a move to the district (rather than the Irish road made famous by The Saw Doctors…), what should you keep in mind in terms of both locational and rental options?
Why choose offices in London, N17?
N17 is home to many of London’s perhaps lesser known landmarks. One is Tottenham Hotspur Football Club; a team who commonly live in the shadow of local rivals Arsenal; alongside Broadwater Farm, All Hallows Church, and Bruce Castle.
Tottenham, along with the majority of the Borough of Haringey, is known for an economy which depends upon small to medium enterprises. As such, there are a large number of business centre opportunities and a wide range of industries, including interests in retail, manufacturing, construction, and transport.
As is to be expected from London locations, the excellent infrastructure allows businesses to easily link up with nearby areas. The close proximity of districts such as Finchley, Cheshunt, Ilford, and Loughton allows for swift travel between some of the capital’s most important destinations.
The A10 and the A406 make travelling outside of the city simple. Saint Albans and Cambridge can be reached in 40 and 67 minutes respectively. Driving to the centre of London will take 41 minutes, but the abundance of public transport makes travelling around the city simple.
Tube stations in Seven Sisters, South Tottenham, Harringay, Highgate, and Turnpike Lane allow travellers to access the underground network. With both the Overground line and the Piccadilly Line passing through the area, there is fast, direct access to key stations including Kings Cross and Holborn.
Office space options in N17
Office Genie brings you the best offices available for rent across N17 and the rest of the country. But what types of office rentals do we offer?
Serviced offices are in business centre facilities and typically have furniture, utilities and amenities already installed, and can even include a staffed reception desks and executive meeting rooms. For a smaller scale solution, shared offices can be incredibly flexible and are great for deskers, freelancers and startups. Finally, a traditional office lease offers an empty work place to start from scratch, as well as usually offering a cheap deal on a long-term lease.
