Office space Barbican
If you’re looking for a central London office to rent, Barbican station is a great place to centre your search. While rentals in the area aren’t the cheapest due to its proximity to the City, a widened search can still throw up some gems from the Office Genie database.
Why rent Barbican offices?
Devastated by bombings in the Second World War, the area around Barbican station rose from the ashes in the 1960s and 70s to become a business powerhouse. The area is now favoured by financial institutions, but the Barbican Centre remains a beacon for the arts.
Liverpool Street station is just a 15 minute walk, while King’s Cross St Pancras is about 30 minutes on foot. Its 15 minutes to the centre of the City, while St Paul’s Cathedral and the river are 10 minutes away. You couldn’t want for a more central location.
Barbican station is on the Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan Underground lines. It’s just two short stops to King’s Cross or Liverpool Street, while you’re never more than a few stops from any of the other tube lines. Barbican Station is also just a few minutes along the A1 from its beginning at the Museum of London, so offers a direct route by car to the northern M25 and beyond.
