Durham is one of the UK’s most appealing locations. Famous for its university, castle and of course its iconic Cathedral, perched atop its hill. The area is undoubtedly a unique place in which to rent an office. Of course, there’s also a growing economy and burgeoning SME scene that makes office rental an even more appealing option.

Why rent Durham offices?

Durham may be on the map for its staggering ancient architecture (both its castle and cathedral are UNESCO World Heritage Sites) but it’s got a whole lot to offer a modern business. A key selling point is the famous University, which means you should have access to some extremely high-quality candidates.

There’s also an increased focus on Durham’s businesses from local authorities, schemes such as Digital Durham (helping bring faster broadband to companies in the area) and ample funding opportunities available through organisations such as Business Durham, who aim to support ventures of all sizes in the area.
