Incorporating the eastern part of Greater London, the E14 postcode district has long been an area of contrasts; with its East End estates sitting a stone’s throw away from the towers of Canary Wharf. The borough covered by the E14 postcode, Tower Hamlets, hosts the world headquarters of many global businesses, employing some of the highest-paid workers in London. Canary Wharf alone is home to major banks and professional services firms including Barclays, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Citigroup and Thomson Reuters.
