Standing proudly at the heart of the city centre, the building offers stimulating and collaborative workspaces. At its core is a whole floor of shared spaces including a roof terrace, communal lounge, open-plan kitchen and co-working area, plus a dedicated digital art installation on the ground floor. There is a regular programme of business, social and wellbeing events to provide you with opportunities to engage and share ideas, plus the community steering group will give you a say in how the building is run. There are two floors of dedicated small studio spaces which can accommodate from 2 to 10 people and come with everything you need to hit the ground running including furniture, high speed internet and telephones.
